December 8th
Following soggy Sunday a lovely late autumn day greeted a group of thirteen walkers to Cuckney. Amanda led us from the Cuckney church through Norton to the Welbeck estate. We stopped briefly at the tennis club at Lady Margaret Hall for refreshments, but unfortunately we forgot our tennis racquets, so we continued to Holbeck Woodhouse. Finally we walked back via Elma lane and Infield lane before returning to Cuckney via the Cuckney water meadows

Our traditional pre-Christmas jaunt around Scofton finishing up back at Catherine's house for mince pies and mulled wine

Vickie led a B'twixmas walk around Tickhill to walk off the turkey and minced pies. We took in the golf course and the mill pond and the Motte and Bailey Tickhill Castle
